Beautiful room with ensuite good beds
Little time to sea Limerick so can't give good rating.
Excellent value for money (as we had a special offer). We stayed just one night, but the room was nice with a view over the city (12th floor), and staff were helpful. There is a public car park right next door, so it's very convenient, though it costs €8.50 for 24 hours.
No mini-bar - just an empty fridge - no bin liners in bins and minimal toiletries. Room didn't smell very fresh.
The view from the 14th floor was brilliant overlooking the river at night. The use of the pool/jacuzzi/steam room/sauna was a real plus especially when it was available before checking out also. Didn't use the gym but it looked good also.
There was no bottled water available in the room.
The staff were excellent I told them it was my husbands birthday and they left a lovely card, chocolates and wine which was a really lovely touch. Our room was clean, very comfortable with a fantastic view. Breakfast was excellent value and will definately be staying there again
Decor xould use abit of a touch up - some paintwork etc looking abit tired,
I particularly liked the efficient, friendly service; the beautiful room; the lovely breakfast; the leisure facilities.
Not the hotel itself, but free on-site parking would make it perfect!
it was exelent value for money
I liked the fact that we were looked after on our arrival and that the staff were all professional and friendly. The view from our 14th floor window was brilliant - even the scrap being loaded on the Dock gave us something to watch! We ate twice in the evenings - in Kudos, where we had an adequate bar meal and in the main Restaurant where we had a 3 course meal with wine offer. The Hotel is ideally located for touring and we would certainly stay again.
Too many older tourists arrived as we were checking in and insufficient staff available to do the paper work. Also had E150 taken as a deposit for the room. This only happened here, and at no other hotel in Ireland, France or Italy. Room smelt of cleaning fluid.
Reception staff absolutely top notch on phone, check in and departure, they couldn't do enough. Room spotless with a nice view - was given the option of a high up room which I really liked (both the option and the room). Nice central safe place to stay. Nice facilities, lovely area to linger over a coffee after check out
Not a major thing but thought the room was a tiny bit small for a four stat, had a kingsize bed so maybe that made room look smaller. Still loads of room so not a major flaw
Meeting Peter Stringer in the lift. The view from room 1113 the atmosphere pre match .The lay out of the entrance .Reception area it just has that magic effect .The view of the city and river.Limerick is a great city everything so close at hand and nice people .We have Band Bso we are used to this kind of situation on smaller scale.
The girl on reception was very friendly, the views are nice.
the prices of the food, the decor.
I stayed in this Hotel valentines weekend. I found the hotel itself to be quite nice. When we got to the hotel the lady who checked us in could not have being more welcoming. That is where the friendliness ended. The bar staff at the hoel were abrupt and unwelcoming. We felt we were almost in the way when asking for something. The service was efficent just incredibly infriendly. It was a lovely hotel but I dont think we would stay there again.
very unfriendly staff. Pay for parking.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the pool, steamroom and jacuzzi and the food in the bar was excellent. Also the view over the city and river was beautiful.
The bathroom was a little bit austere and functional.
Unbelievable views from bed room
Staff were very friendly and hotel lobby area spacious.
The view from our window was horrendous. It was the worst view I've ever had from a hotel room.
